2. Use of the App
The App is designed for educational purposes. Users agree to:

4. AI-Generated Content
The App provides AI-generated responses for learning purposes.

- We do not guarantee complete accuracy
- Users should verify important information independently
5. User Content
Users may upload study materials. By doing so:
- You retain ownership of your content
- You grant us permission to process content to provide services
You agree not to upload:
- Illegal content
- Harmful or inappropriate material
6. Subscriptions & Payments
- Some features require a paid subscription
- Payments are handled by Apple/Google
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled
- Refunds are subject to platform policies
7. Intellectual Property
All app content, design, and features are owned by us and protected under applicable laws.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts if:
- Terms are violated
- Misuse or abuse is detected
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Learning outcomes
- Errors in AI-generated content
- Loss of data (to the extent permitted by law)
10. User-Generated Content & Community Guidelines
By using the community feedback or input features within the app, you agree to the following terms:
Users are solely responsible for any content they create, upload, or share within the app. You agree not to post, upload, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate.
The following content is strictly prohibited:
- Content that is abusive, threatening, or promotes violence
- Hate speech or discriminatory content
- Sexually explicit or inappropriate material
- Spam, misleading, or fraudulent content
- Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines without prior notice.
11. Reporting & Moderation
Users can report any content they believe violates these Terms. Upon receiving a report, we will review the content and take appropriate action within 24 hours, including removal of the content and/or suspension of the responsible user.
12. Blocking Users
Users have the ability to block other users who engage in abusive or inappropriate behavior. Once blocked, the reported user’s content will no longer be visible to the reporting user.
13. Content Monitoring
We may use automated systems and manual review processes to detect and prevent objectionable content. However, we do not guarantee that all inappropriate content will be identified immediately.
14.Enforcement
We reserve the right to:
- Remove any content that violates these Terms
- Suspend or permanently ban users who engage in abusive behavior
- Take necessary actions to comply with legal obligations
14. User Responsibility
By using the app, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your interactions and content. Continued violation of these Terms may result in account suspension or termination.
15. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App means acceptance of updated terms.
